First Bible Way Youth Spotlight
Sister Lashae Mickey, 9 years old, is an active youth member of First Bible Way church. She faithfully attends Sunday School and Worship Services along with her mother, Sister Tiffany Jones and her sister. Sister Lashae also serves on the Usher Board and sings on the Youth Choir. Sister Lashae stands out as a leader with her academic achievements. She has made the honor and perfect attendance for the first and second quarter of the school year. She even made straight A's during one of those quarters! She also won the Spelling Bee for the Fourth Grade at her school which allowed her the opportunity to compete with fourth graders from other schools. Lashae also enjoys being a part of the Eagle Entertainers playing two roles at the school. Please join us in congratulating Sister Lashae for her achievements. FBC Youth Sponsors - A Black History Celebration & Shoe Rally - Sunday, 07-Mar, 3pm
We invite you to join us for our Soul Food Potluck along with an evening of worship to celebrate our black history. The Gospel Choir of State Farm Insurance will be our guest for music ministry and we welcome you to take part in our shoe rally that will assist with our building fund. Come one, come all - Celebrate!!
FBC Music Ministry
We are so happy to recognize the latest additions to First Bible Way's music ministry: Sister Jasmine Thurston on the violin, Sister Cynthia Douglas on the clarinet, and Brother Elijah Christmas on the trombone! They play their instruments faithfully each Sunday and practice together every weekend. We'd like to encourage them to continue using their gifts & talents to the Glory of God.
